Good morning! What are you having for breakfast today? Are you one of those people who can get by till lunch on just a cup of coffee? Or do you wake in the morning with your tummy rumbling? I’m definitely the latter – I never skip breakfast – if I did, I would certainly regret it and so would everyone else!
I used to have a bowl of cereal every morning, until it was brought to my attention just how much sugar boxed breakfast cereals contain. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a killjoy – I still occasionally let my kids choose honey rings or chocolate rice (although to be honest their favourites are Weetabix and bran flakes, if you can believe that!)
